I understand wanting to be personable, but there's a line and understanding that line is important if customer service is important. Aside from that, the inventory is decent and the prices are relatively low.
- DLDouglas LinderberryDec 28, 20251.0Absolutely 100% lack important customer service skills placed an order for same day delivery for a control arm and a bit I get confirmation that my deliveries here and all it is is the bit so I in turn call the store and ask what's going on with that the guy says I will look into it and call you back half an hour goes by I get a call back oh well we didn't have the part in stock so we just refunded it so let me get this straight being I called beforehand to verify said part was in stock and you told me on the phone it was in stock you lied to me but then when the part was out of stock instead of calling me to give me notice that the part wasn't in stock you just decide to send the t60 bit instead with no warning no nothing so I have to instead call you guys to figure out what happened you guys are no better than AutoZone I used to love using this place and AutoZone but the customer service and the way things are handled is absolute garbage for now on I'll use other options
