- TTTim_is_the_real_harambe_Dec 20, 20251.0I have been going to autozone since 2012 ( feel free to contact me and I will provide my phone number so you can look in your system and see my transactions ) In my entire histroy with this awesome company I have never met such a bad employee who was unwilling to help. I walked into your store needing a replacement battery because mine was defective in the cold ( ive needed to jump my car twice in the last day and did a test on my alterantor which prived it was the vattery ) which I explained to the worker He did a battery test and said the battery was good and he couldn't help me because of company procedure despite me informing him that it might show good charge because the battery is hot now and he said he was the manager and that they couldn't do anything for my battery( despite it being under warranty ) i got irate and asked for his name to write a review which he refused to give me. I made a big ordeal and he went and got a suprrvisor ( which he shouldve done from square one instead of insisting nothing could be done ) the supervisor then told him to simply swap my battery. This worker is not someone who should be working at a helpful place like autozone I dont know his name but he said he started a month ago (which makes me think he lied about being a manager ) and he was indian also about 55 to 60 years old He is the least helpful worker ive ever met at autozone and in my opinion doesnt fit the atmosphere autozone represent and cultivates

- HHHelenDec 3, 20255.0I had the best experience with AutoZone. I had to have my battery replaced and the Manager was very knowlegeable, professional and personable. The man who replaced my battery was so pleasant and happy, even though he was changing my battery in 30 degree weather. He was very efficient and had my car back on the road in such a short period of time. His name is Jairo. I forever will being going to the Bathpage Autozone for any automotive needs. Thank you to everyone there!
