Called them to make a reservation, told them I was flying in for a wedding & that I was flying out early & had to be at the airport at 4:30am. Stating that I DIDN’T want to take the train with a baby and luggage at 2am because it’s obviously not safe. They said “I understand”. That’s it. What they FAILED to tell me is that I needed to have a major credit card to rent a car with an out of state license. I get to the location and they absolutely refused to rent a car to me. I asked if I could pay one of them cash to rent the car for me, grasping at straws. Nope. No other rental car place has after hours drop off at the airport. So they are leaving me with have to take the train (1.5 hour travel time) at 2:00, with a baby and luggage. This place is trash. The people are trash and refuses to fix their mistake of lack of communication.
