Every time I've needed work done, they explain the issue, why it happened, what it does to my car, and how they fixed it. They even show you on the car where the issue was - they are very accountable and honest. They've also shown concern for my safety when they asked me not to take my car back one time because they weren't confident in the work they had done in the timeframe I gave them. They're also very fair with pricing - I dropped my car off for a check engine light but they didn't see the light and couldn't find the issue, so they didn't charge me anything.
