I got there at 10:30 for my 10:30 pickup, and they told me that there were no cars available and that they were working on getting cars from other locations. There were 7 people ahead of me in the same situation. I waited for an hour without a single update until I finally decided to go elsewhere with my business. “The reservation keeps the car here” is apparently not applicable at Enterprise.
