I was there trying to swap out my car that I didn’t feel comfortable in, they were able to accommodate me, thank you Mike. But that’s not what I’m writing about. I believe the guys name is Owen. He was helping a gentleman and his mom while I was waiting for my car to get cleaned and ready. The gentleman appeared to be hard of hearing. Owen saw that and began to sign to the man. I want to take a moment and say how incredible it was to witness that today. Thank you all for your hard work today, I know it isn’t easy.

It was right after our huge snow storm but they made sure to get the vehicle to me in great condition even offered to reimburse me for a car wash, but it was not needed. Seriously really great team, professional and respectful. I usually use another location that I dread using because of staff but gave this one a chance because it’s open on Sundays when I wanted to do the return. Will be going to this location only in the future.
