  Today, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a brake check for my 2021 Volkswagen Jetta. I was lucky enough to speak with Tim from the corporate headquarters who was exceptionally professional and efficient. He provided me an email receipt confirmation and even offered me a free tire rotation service. I was very pleased. At the Weldon Tire location in Bedford Hills, I was warmly received by David, who was able to take care of all my requests. He was able to have my brakes checked and noted how my brake pads were incredibly worn down. He highlighted the fact that I needed new brakes and rotors for safety. He explained that here at Weldon Tire, we care about your safety. He explained how it is most important to make sure my car is safe to drive and my car is safe on the road. I could tell that David was completely sincere. He told me that he doesn't want my car to have to come back with more problems. He physically showed me the issue and then effectively explained the solution. He timely procured the parts and I was able to have all the services I needed within a very reasonable time frame. I was even able to have my car inspected on the spot. Since I left, my car feels great on the road. It feels so nice I want to just drive all day.

  Manager Ricky got us right! We had a flat on a road trip and they got us all set and back on the road in no time. So grateful for him.

  We are originally from KY, on a roadtrip, and we got a flat on our way home. I found this place on google in a panic, and I'm so glad I did! Prices are very reasonable, and the service is amazing! This place was a blessing, and the store manager, Ricky, was so kind. He guided us through everything, and even chatted with us for a bit while waiting! Amazing experience and will definitely come back if we're ever in the area.

  Woke up to a flat tire. Gave up waiting on roadside “assistance” after two hours. My neighbors Peter and Ramon helped me (ok, I helped them) put on the temporary spare. I headed to Weldon Tire. Within 30 minutes they’d plugged the leak and had me on my way. You can trust Weldon to be fast and honest.

  I had a great experience at Weldon Tire of Bedford Hills. The staff was friendly, professional, and really easy to work with. They took the time to look over my car, explained everything clearly, and gave honest recommendations without trying to upsell anything. The service was quick and efficient, and pricing felt fair. Weldon made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their work. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend!
