I asked them if they would install them and the salesman said there was no one available even though there were 3 employees stand around. He was also a little arrogant. So I went a block or 2 away to Napa and purchasd them there and they were happy to install them.

I normally don’t like these but they deserve it. Greg the store manager was very nice as well and it felt like seeing an old friend you haven’t seen in a while. Christian was very knowledgeable and it felt like he was looking ou For my best interest when he pointed out to me the washer fluid I was gonna buy for six or seven dollars was actually two for $12 and walked over and got me another one. I also had Grabbed the wrong wiper blades And Christian knew Weren’t gonna The second I told him what car I had he let me stand over him and showed me how to install the wiper blades as well and answered all of my questions and was a great teacher. I highly recommend this store to anybody who reads this. I remember them opening A few years ago, and I can still see some of the faces then they’re still to this day. It says a lot about the staff and the management. I also want to go and thank Christian and Greg because they both made me feel at home And I will definitely be coming back to the store

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
