On our return trip from Alabama, a small rock from a truck in front of us on the highway hit our windshield, causing damage. I spent close to an hour on the phone dealing with my insurance company, dealing with AI generated robots, seemingly endless loops, and frequent and long holds. Very frustrating and impersonal. When we returned the vehicle to the the Enterprise location in Beacon, NY, the staff was so personal, professional, and accommodating. They told us not to worry and that they would handle the claims process. All they asked for was my policy number! A sincere shout out to the Enterprise staff in Beacon NY, especially DeAndre!! Would highly recommend Enterprise!!
