We got there and they said it would take about an hour. We went for a long walk and when we came back 45 minutes later they had not even brought our car in to look at yet. It almost seemed like us walking back into the front office reminded them about our inspection. They had otherwise clearly just forgotten about it. I understand being busy but why can’t you time manage with appointments? What’s the point of an appointment if the timing means nothing? All told we waited there for 90 minutes; the inspection itself seemed to only take 30 mins total so this was a huge waste of our time.

Even though the shore was backed up with and abundance of work, he and his I-workers still found time to reassure me they would do the very best to accommodate my mechanical hardship. They helped me select 4 brand new tires, gave me a wheel alignment and a road hazard warranty. They were very cordial and showed excellent service professionalism.
