Mavis Discount Tire has kept my truck far longer than promised, with no clear explanation and no sense of urgency. On top of the delays, my truck was damaged while in their possession. Instead of taking responsibility or clearly explaining what happened, they immediately tried to blame me. That is completely unacceptable, especially since the vehicle was fine when I dropped it off. I still haven’t even gotten my truck back, which makes this situation even more frustrating. Holding a customer’s vehicle, causing damage, and then refusing to take accountability is not how a professional business should operate.

It allowed the appointment to be made. This is not the first issue we have had with this location. On a previous visit they stole the spare tire for my husband's truck.

Noticed a wire that was stuck in my tire on my way to work- walked in when they first opened and Adam and Isaac brought my car in immediately and removed the wire and checked to make sure it was not damaged. Had me in and out and on my way to work, they were great!! This is my second time coming here, and everyone was super helpful and kind both times, I will be back for my maintenance and service!

The first one i overheard the guys talking whether they were going tobtell me the truth about inspections. The second call they said they did not have an inspector to do it and they can reschedule me for another day! Their reservation system sucks and is a waste of time.
