I was basically forced to drive an unsafe car in the rain. I came back on 2/5 to get it fixed. The manager tried to put a "temporary" wiper on while we waited for parts, but that one didn't work either—it just got stuck in the middle of the windshield. It’s terrifying that a professional shop would let someone drive off twice with non-functional wipers. I returned today (2/6) on my lunch break after they promised the parts were in and they’d get me out quickly. Instead: • I was ignored at the counter for 10 minutes while the receptionist had a personal chat with a customer who was literally hanging out behind the counter. • After 20 minutes of waiting, they realized the new part was missing a piece. Why wasn't this checked before I arrived? • They had to drive to another store to find the part, making me over an hour late for work. I had to call my boss to explain the situation and now I’m losing pay/personal time because of their lack of preparation. The communication here is terrible and the lack of concern for safety is alarming. I even brought my own specific wipers for my 2018 Jetta and they wouldn't use them. I won’t be coming back. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually respects your time.
