Not a good experience, communication is terrible , I’m Asked how everything was, tell them to call me to discuss & they dont call me back. Between the service advisor & the Atlantic team following up. Thy had a 1/2 hour job tops to replace a tire. Had me there for 4 hours , then my invoice had something listed as job 1 that wasnt even why I was there, had the reason of customer claimed with there reason listed , not true , not sure if this was their way to justify 4 hours having me at the dealer, job 2 listed the reason for me being there , my appointment was scheduled. This is completely unacceptable, Ive been going to this dealer with my car since new, don’t think I’ll return as I can’t trust them.

I had the absolute BEST experience at Atlantic Honda in Bayshore, and it was all thanks to Reymi!
Before coming here, I visited a few other dealerships to compare options. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same experience anywhere else. Other places felt overpriced and very pushy, like they were just trying to sell me a car without really listening or caring about how overwhelmed I felt. That was not the case here at all.
This was my first time ever purchasing a brand-new car, and I was extremely nervous walking in. Reymi immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. He has such a calm, chill, and genuine personality that completely took the pressure off the situation.
He was more than helpful, he was patient, understanding, and truly listened to what I wanted. He never once pressured me or tried to push me into something I wasn’t comfortable with. Instead, he focused on helping me find the exact kind of car I wanted and worked with me to get a fair and reasonable price that worked for me.
What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. He answered all my questions, reassured me when I felt unsure, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. For such a big purchase, that meant everything to me.
And I absolutely LOVE my car. It is truly my dream car, and I still can’t believe it’s mine. Reymi helped make that dream happen, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
To the management team at Atlantic Honda you have an incredible employee in Reymi. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for customers do not go unnoticed. He represents your dealership in the best possible way and absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding job he does.
Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. I will confidently recommend Atlantic Honda, especially Reymi to my friends and family. Thank you again for making my first new car purchase such an amazing and unforgettable experience!

I have leased my last 2 cars from Atlantic Honda. The sales department staff is really knowledgeable & friendly and I feel they offer a great deal on cars. My experience with the service department has always been excellent, each technician is helpful and they are aware of all necessary maintenance . They are honest & truthful about what maintenance is needed on the car and I usually find they are quick at getting the work done in an acceptable time frame.

Buying experience was fast and easy. Everything was done in a couple of hours from pricing,buying,finance,trade-in,registration,insurance and ride away. Would highly recommend Iana for her help every step of the way. Purchased many cars over the years but this was the best experience ever.Thank you to the whole team at Atlantic Honda !

I got a tire blowout on my CRV on Sunrise Hwy in Bay Shore, with my 93 yr old mother in the car! I got the donut put on & limped to Atlantic, without an appointment, & not being a regular customer of that dealer. Alex the Service Advisor got my car looked at ASAP. He saw that I had Mom with me, & was so compassionate! I needed a new rim, which they did not have in stock. He explained everything in detail with the mechanic that came with him to me in the waiting room. He ordered the rim to be overnighted to the dealer. He called me the next AM to confirm that the rim had arrived. I was able to drive back to Atlantic on my donut tire. They did the work & I was on my way very quickly. Alex made a terrible day a lot better!
