An associate nicknamed D helped me out and if I had to go to a Honda dealership I would certainly return to this one. I think I'm up to my 8th Honda and have been to a bunch of dealerships on long island and I'm not a fan of going to get my car serviced by the dealerships. I can say that I'm glad I went . One of the recalls was a programming issue which improved the quality of the radio and the extras I have in the car. The other was the fuel pump. Again if I had to go to a dealership, I would most certainly return to this one. Thanks D
