After being at this service center from 9am to 2:45pm they didn’t even bother to bring my vehicle to me. They left it in the furthest parking for me to get myself. Although the staff seem friendly, the customer service was poor outside of the communication. Go somewhere else if you can help it!

That said, my experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. I came in with a 730 credit score and expected transparency and fair pricing. The explanations I received didn’t add up, and I felt rushed rather than properly informed. Looking back, I should have walked away, and that’s on me.
