  Salesman Armani, was not pushy at all. He understood what I wanted and that I wasn’t happy with the exterior color. I was about to walk away, but Armani was able to make the sale to me by making me what I felt was a an offer I couldn’t refuse. A few glitches between my insurance agent, then a mess up with the new license plate I wanted, made me have to come back to the showroom a few times, but Rob was nice enough to compensate us for our troubles. All in all a very good experience at Acura in Bayshore. My husband will be in touch with Armani in the near future for a car for himself!

  I had a very pleasant experience. I worked with one of the salesmen, Michael Gomez who was a pleasure to work with. He made the process very stress free. I truly appreciate his help and efforts during what is normally a stressful and hectic process. I highly recommend Acura of Bayshore.

  We had an excellent experience working with RICKY COLLADO at Acura of Bay Shore. Ricky was welcoming, authentic, professional, and very patient with us. It quickly became evident that he was genuinely focused on helping me find the exact car I wanted, rather than just making a sale. He took his time answering all of my questions, thoroughly and clearly explained every single detail, and made the entire car-buying experience super smooth and as stress-free as possible. After bouncing around at a handful of other car dealerships, it always felt like they kept giving us the “runaround” and we’d leave feeling weary. Fortunately that was not the case here. Ricky’s knowledge, transparency, and friendly demeanor made a huge difference — I truly felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend Ricky to anyone who’s in the market for a new or pre-owned Acura. You’ll get honest guidance, outstanding quality service, and a car-buying experience that is second to none.
