    I had an amazing experience working with Ricky Collado Nunez and Rob for Financial when getting my car. From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Ricky was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure I found the right car for me.     What can I say, Robert Echevarria consistently goes above and beyond for me and my family. This is my 10th Acura from Acura of Bay Shore, and Robert has always taken great care of us. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and truly looks out for his customers. This time around, Silder was also fantastic, very kind, intelligent, and helpful throughout the process.     Mike was very helpful and patient. Was not pushy at all, listened to what i was looking for and got me exactly that. Helped with any issues/financial/ insurance. Was always available to lend a hand. Robert from finance was also very helpful and great to work with. Everyone over all was very helpful and nice. So glad I went with Acura Bayshore.

    Acura 2022 ILX Issues with inspection. Will not pass because egr and evap show "monitor not ready" and you must do tricks recommended by outside mechanics and or dealerships mechanics to get monitor system ready to pass emissions. It says monitor not ready repeatedly no matter how many tricks you do. Took two weeks for monitor not ready to say monitor ready. Read online that many many people are having this issue and cooperate acura denies this. Dealership mechanics all say there is a computer issue with getting the vehicle ready for emissions testing. They are charging YOU for that testing to the tune of 100 to 200 dollars when it's obviously a computer design issue. This is NOT just my individual problem. The solution was constantly driving the car for long periods of time under mechanics suggested speeds and conditions until after many weeks of daily testing, the car became monitor ready and it passed inspection. I do not recommend this vehicle and hopefully the company acknowledges that they created a computerized car that makes the car inspection process very difficult and time consuming. One report mentioned it took 5 months to get the car monitor ready for egr and evap inspection. Not acceptable for an expensive luxury car. The solution was constantly driving the car for long periods of time under mechanics suggested speeds and conditions until after many weeks of daily testing, the car became monitor ready and it passed inspection. I do not recommend this vehicle and hopefully the company acknowledges that they created a computerized car that makes the car inspection process very difficult and time consuming. I had days of anxiety trying hard to get this car inspected because of this. I am 72 years old and did not need this absurd issue that obviously is a design flaw. The company has a lot of trouble admitting when the trouble is caused by a design flaw in the computer system. I reported it and asked them to check this flaw and let me know what happened after they investigated with the dealership mechanics. I've had Toyotas, Nissans, Honda, Fords and never saw such issues with the computer systems. Acura? Get your car computers to easily get through inspections without this system and not allowing monitor not ready issues to pop up and take days, weeks, months to solve with tricks. Make it easy not hard on your customers. I MAY alert the better business bureau about this flaw in the computer system of the ilx acura 2022. THIS IS NOT ACURA OF BAYSHORES FAULT. IT IS THE FAULT OF THE MANUFACTURER BUT SO FAR, THEY ARE NOT ACKNOWLEDGING BEING AT FAULT. SO I leave this review here to warn others. Problems with the computer inspection system. Car drives very nicely.

    Acura Bayshore is one of my favorite dealers. This is the second time I purchased a car due to outstanding service especially salesman Brandon. He worked with me on the price I wanted to achieve in addition finding me the car I wanted. I couldn’t ask for a better sale-man from start to end he was exceptional and communicated throughout the entire process. I would recommend Brandon to anyone what wants to buy a car. Just a good guy moment you meet him. I got the Acura 2026 Integra Spec white with black rims and red interior. It’s absolutely gorgeous and drives beautifully.
