Not only did the dealer buy the vehicle as mentioned in the letter, they also honored the terrific pricing on the ADX in the letter. The salesman was great and the post sale review of features was done in a manner that used to be more normal but is a level of service I thought no longer existed in the car business.

They had a used car that my son wanted - the right make, model, trim, year, and an uncommon interior/exterior color combination. We were able to work with Paul to come to an agreement that made everyone happy and the process was fairly smooth. I would absolutely go back there again and work with Paul again if I'm ever in the market for a car this dealership has.

The sales manager Brandon went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and stress free. He was very helpful and he listened and took his time to make sure I was pleased. The finance manager was also very professional and kind. He made the process smooth and easy. He explained everything to me and made sure my experience went well. He got me the best deal and took care of all my paper work. The customer service was amazing and I highly recommend that you come to Acura of Bay Shore. I will be coming back. - ECeric coomeDec 14, 20251.0Bought 2 cars here and recomended a buddy of mine get 1 here too and he did. Was happy up until they did an oil change on my car while I got a recall done (I usually do my own oil changes but I said why not since I’m here) 6 months later the car is due for an oil change and they completely rounded the oil drain plug hex bolt to the point I can’t get the bolt off to drain my oil. I call them up and ask them to give me an oil change on the house and after initial resistance the service manager bob says “fine, bring your own oil in and Wel do the change” now I’m not trying to take advantage of these guys but I’ve given this place 100k towards cars and you’re telling me to bring my own oil in when they were the ones who messed up the bolt where I can’t get it off myself. The second I said “send me over to sales I bet theyl care about my problem” the service manager changes his tune and offers to give me the change for free… funny how that worked… not sure if I want to do business with them again all because of their service department. Shame
