  They got my car in that day to check my muffler and tightened a muffler bracket and my car is so quiet now I love it. Thank you so much to mechanic who worked on my car and of the staff for being so professional 5/5 experience definitely recommend them and will be going back to them in the future

  One of the better mechanic shops I've been too. They're great with their customers. They show concerns to the customers to let them know what needs to be fixed and I had a great experience.

  This is my preferred place to go with my vehicles. There is a sense of safety and honesty I feel at Monroe. I don’t feel this way at other Monroe Auto. But the way they go out of their way to make me aware of everything and the mechanics brings me out back to show me. I want to only deal with Monroe auto in Batavia.

  We were really happy with the work that got done, and the prices felt fair but a couple of things we had requested weren't completed. I think if there was a way for this location to take away the option to speak with the call center, some confusion would be avoided. It wasn't Monro's fault that items were missed--just the confusion that was caused by the way to person at the call center wrote down our problem list. We'd definitely use this location again, and I have since learned from another review that we can bypass the call center by pressing "2" when calling!
