    Brought my car down to get my tires changed and on my way driving down my alternator went unfortunately! I was able to leave my car there and the new alternator got put in the next day after it came in. Great service and they know what they're doing! I've never had any problems at Batavia Monroe Muffler.

    Convenient online appointment scheduling and great availability. Got an oil change and one new wiper. Somehow they charge over $50 for 1 windshield wiper! I could have ordered both OEM wipers from subaru and get them delivered for less then they charged for one. They made an extra $25 on a wiper but they lost a repeat customer.

    Had NYS annual inspection of my car. Was surprised it needed repair as I'd been commuting 80 miles a day as usual with no issues, except my older vehicle felt a little slower and creaky. Old age, I thought. The team at Monroe in Batavia ordered parts and had it done the very next day. Great service all around, and my car is zipping around with pep I forgot she had. We've been coming here for years - they won't let you down.
