I know multiple people who have bad experiences here but I took a chance and brought my car in due to brake issues because no other shop could get me in quickly and I needed a working vehicle ASAP. Quoted me $2000, wanting to replace multiple basically brand new parts. I immediately knew something was off, so I didn’t let them do the work on it, and waited to get it to the dealership. The only issue was that a caliper was out of place, cost me $100, and everything is all good now. $100 vs $2000 is an insane difference. So I don’t know if they’re actually stupid and don’t know what they’re doing, or if they’re just trying to get more money. Just be careful here. Buying tires is one thing but if something is actually wrong with your vehicle, I would not trust this place.
