- ASAdrian Lomeli SanchezDec 7, 20251.0They are so useless, I ordered a part because they didn't have it, waited two weeks to pick up, when installing I realized they ordered the wrong part, if I wouldn't have noticed i would've lost my transmission and possibly engine, after returning they said I needed to wait another two weeks for the part, I come a day after I was supposed to pick up in case there was any delays, when I ask for my part they told me the order was canceled, they have my phone number and did not call or notify me, if they did i would've bought the part from ebay, so they tell me I have to wait another 4 days, I went to pick up today and again the order was delayed without any notification. Please never order anything from this store, they not only could've caused major failure to my vehicle but also did not notify delays on 2 separate times, My car has been stuck for weeks because of these guys.

Was given a nasty attitude and tone, so we called Advanced Auto which is a 1 minute drive away from this location and was treated kindly and was told they would gladly help. Will not visit again. And before they leave a response saying they only help with easy cars, certain brands... this was easy. The man answering the phone clearly just did not want to be bothered. I'll take my hard-earned money elsewhere.
