I needed my rear bumper replace which is a VERY BASIC repair and it took them more than a month from the day I dropped off my car till the day I got it back. If it wasn’t for that my insurance covered the cost for everything I would have given it 1 star. Pls go somewhere else.

There were some additional delays on parts but they worked to communicate that and the estimate was maintained with no extra costs. Definately will use again.

I recently had some collision repair work done on my car and in the repair process, my spare tire was accidentally left out of the car. I didn’t notice myself, but when the shop realized they had the tire they immediately reached out and apologized, and offered to do my snow tire change for free when I went to pick up the spare. Throughout the process they were responsive, and they were very informative and patient with teaching me a few things about the car.
