  Frustrated after my experience here. Have been here before with out issues but this time we had our brakes redone, was told "something was up" but everything checked out. They test drove and sent us on our way. My wife said it was not sounding or feeling right so I took the car out that night and ran it for about 3 miles, smoke and heat pouring out of the passenger side wheel. Dropped it off in the morning and got a call back later saying the brake line had an issue and it was forcing the one brake on full force constantly. To their credit They did take off the 2nd brake fluid change since I had already paid for one. And they reduced the 2.5 hours to 1.5 hour to change the line and caliper since I would have had them do that if they told me the 1st time. I just have a hard time that it was not noticed on the test drive makes not feel good, if I noticed smoke every where and know nothing about cars then...

  I dropped off my trailer for 4 new tires. Asked to have them mounted and balanced. I went to pick up and they charged me $40.00 for balancing. That's fine, that's what I asked for....However I looked at my wheels and no weights at all. Interesting!...Are all 4 perfect? Maybe the common person would have not known. What a disgrace!

  I had a great experience with the staff when I went to get an oil change. One of the workers walked me over to where my cars was getting worked on and talked me through some other maintenance items that they wanted me aware of. I've never had that happen to me before, where I am physically shown what needs work and that was very helpful to me understanding my car better!

  They fit me in on a Sunday when my tire was punctured, but... One Sunday I made a short trip to Cumberland farms and unfortunately ran over a piece of metal that popped my right rear tire. Mavis was booked but they agreed fit me in for two tires off the car after talking with the shop workers/manager. I appreciated this and went back to them to replace the front tires and also put snow tires on a new pair of rims. They don't always do what you ask even if they agree to it, and they tell you to get more service than you need: When I got the winter tires on new wheels, I asked them to clone my existing TPMS sensors so I could easily swap between my all season and winter wheels/tires at home. They agreed to do this. I switched back to my all season set a few weeks ago, and today my TPMS warning light came on. Through a Bluetooth OBD II scanner and a phone app, I found out the error was "no TPMS sensors". I had the app make the car learn the sensors in these wheels and found that they had completely different IDs. This confirms that they didn't actually clone my sensors, they just programmed new ones. At the same service appointment, they told me I need an alignment every time I switch between the winter and all season tire/wheel sets. I've since asked friends and looked around online and it seems that's not actually necessary. Neither of these things are a big deal to me! I'm sharing so other customers can have accurate expectations when they come here. I'd still recommend this place to a friend and I would come here again.

  This place is a Joke Dec 31. I sat there for 3.5 Hours for 4 new tires. That I scheduled an apt for (i was waiting with my 2 kids) bc I had an apt I didnt think it'd take to long. I was charged almost 1k for the cheapest tires (that he had to run to saratoga for) then they started saying i needed all of this other nonsense it was all a waiting game w 0 communication. I definitely will not go back and continue going to the dealership where its fast comfortable and in this case CHEAPER!
