I decided to put a lot of money into my SUV this year. I've spent a lot of time in this shop and overheard a great many conversations. Ryan is in a class of his own when it comes to customer service, honesty, and integrity. On his downtime he's helping customers far above and beyond. Ryan has any unshakable calm spirit and everyone that enters the shop is excited to have been greeted by him.
This is the Mavis to go to. Zach runs a great shop. Best Mavis around.

Another great Mavis experience. Bought 4 new Mavis Traction Control tires yesterday and was very happy with the performance in adverse weather conditions today. Great location.

We took our SUV there 5 months ago. We got new brakes and rotors. First the person that put them on lost my keylock to the tire and they said they would look for it. On the way home I smelled a burning smell and when I pulled into the driveway there was smoke coming from the back tires.
So I called and they stated that the brake pads were just probably not cleaned off good. They stated to just drive it and the more we drive it will go away. The burning smell did go away but then I started to hear some noise and thought it was just because we had new brakes. Between this my son was driving and turned on the wipers and the keylock that they misplaced flew across the windshield. No damage to the window thank goodness. I called them to let them know we found the tire keylock and report the noise from the brakes. They said its just normal noise from new brakes and rotors. Fast forward a few months and the SUV sounds like a whale when backing up. I finally was able to take it to have it looked at and now they tell me I need new brakes rotors and calipers. The caliper on the one side was not put back on correctly when the brakes were changed. The manager that I spoke to said he can replace the brakes free of charge and the rotors are not too bad but he would have to charge me for the caliber. The caliber they ruined by not putting it on correctly!!! I also needed a front tie rod which I had planned on them doing but took my SUV somewhere else. The shop I took it too replaced the back brakes, rotors and calipers. What a waste of my money and time!
Previous, to this review I posted a great review that day of the original work we also had front brakes but on prior to that and they did a good job. Lost me as a customer for sure!!

First off, let me say the guys that work at this location are great and this review is not a reflection on them. They’re doing the best they can with Mavis’ corporate “strategy.”
Made an appointment a week in advance to have some tires mounted and balanced. Pretty simple right?
Called in the afternoon to check, truck hadn’t moved. Called an hour before close, truck hadn’t moved. Was reassured the job would be complete even if they had to work late. To their credit the work was finally done more than hour after they closed. Again, the guys in the shop are working their butts off.
So, appointments are basically useless since people can book online and the block of time never gets filled up. 50 people want to make an appointment at 10am on a Friday? No problem. The Mavis website will let you do that and your “appointment” turns into an all day ordeal since they don’t have the staff to handle this.
The Mavis business model is to book appointments into oblivion so they don’t lose any business at the cost of the customer experience.
So, if you like sitting at a tire shop literally all day and getting pisses off then Mavis is the place for you.
Oh and FYI Mavis also owns Monroe and Adirondack Tire so it’s best to avoid these places as well.
