I have had problems in the past where the called at the end of the day and said they didn't have time to get my job done. They said no problem. Called at 4pm because I hadn't heard anything and was told it would be a couple hours. I went and just picked my car up. When I told them that I only had trouble at this Mavis, the manager said, go to them!

After having the brake pedal almost hit the floor with no stopping safely, I called Mavis and they said bring the car in. In a emergency situation with no appointment, Joe the manager looked it over and said #1 car needs brake fluid and to bleed brakes (which my neighbor never did) OR #2 If bleeding brakes doesn't work, then it's a new master cylinder. We did option #1 first and it worked. The lady at the front desk and Joe (Mr I'm nowhere near Pennellville) were professional, funny, honest, made a stressful situation better with their humor and conversations. Thank you so much
