I check out our cars before having the shop take a look and they have never tried to get extra money out of us. When I took our car in for a job that Mavis could have made a good deal of money on, the representatives told us to contact our dealer because it could be covered and fixed by our dealer under warranty. Saved us a bit of money and earned our business ever since. Nice folks, good work, and has integrity I've haven't found at other shops.

Got a call saying they don’t do inspections that late at night…why is it available as an appointment time then and why did you confirm it 2 minutes before the call? Seems like they are trying to trick corporate or something. Then I called back and talked to someone different than who called me and rescheduled my appointment. He scheduled me for the same time but a different day. My dad drove the 25 minutes out to there in a winter storm just for the boss to say you don’t have an appointment today we don’t even have our inspected here. No apology or anything when you could tell he realized one of his employees made a mistake and scheduled me on the wrong day. Acted like we were stupid and came in on the wrong date. Then when we came back we dropped off the car for an inspection and got told we’d be called when we needed to pick up. Well we got a call an hour before they closed telling me my car was completely apart and I needed new rotors so im being failed. My dad who is a mechanic said he’s coming to look at them. We left and when we got there they were locking the doors 30 minutes before they even closed. Next day my dad looks at them and I was being failed for rotors that weren’t even broken. Took my car somewhere else and was told they don’t even know why I failed. I was good until spring with my rotors and my brake pads were in good shape. Seems like the shop just wanted something to do cause they were so slow so they saw a woman and old man and decided they’d scam them.
