  My repair needs were diagnosed on Friday of last week I had an appointment for the following Monday at 1:00 at 3:00 they said that they wouldn't have time to complete it that day and to come back the next day at 1:00 which I did after sitting there for another 2 hours I was told that they did not have the tool that they needed to perform the repair they were going to order it and to come back the next day at 11:00 in the morning which I did when I got there they were going to switch me they said from the Avon store to the Geneseo store to a more experienced mechanic at the Geneseo store at 11:00 I was immediately informed that they would not be able to start on the truck until 1:00 and to come back which I did they were not able to complete the repair that day and they said come back at 9:00 the next day which I did I sat there for five and a half hours for a job that was supposed to take 2 hours but it was finally accomplished how would I rate your service that your personnel are confused and frustrated I will never come back to another Monroe service center again

  I called to make an appointment for Tuesday and when I showed up the store had no record of my appointment. The online contact center even texted me to confirm my appointment that didnt exist. Today I am getting text messages for someone else entirely. The phone systems are just god awful

  My wife made an appointment for a state inspection. The inspection was done very quickly and all was well except the name and all information that appeared on the receipt was all wrong. The call center apparently had entered the wrong person in the schedule. She had to go back to the shop to have the transaction deleted and done over again. Other than that the service was good.

  NY State inspection. I made an appointment for 1pm and Steve got me in a little early. I have a newer car so there wasn't any concern about repairs. I was told it could take up to 1 hour. The car was given a thorough inspection and passed. It just so happens that a New York State repair station Inspector walked into the shop right after I did. The guys at Monro were doing things by the book. While I didn't need repairs or extra services this visit, I trust the techs and Steve to be honest and wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicles to Monro in Avon in the future.

  My wife had a flat tire and we had the vehicle towed to the Avon NY Monro Service center. Steve patched the tire and I asked him about the tread and he said the wear bars were showing and suggested they be replaced there was no high pressure sales pitch just advising that they may not be safe for winter driving. I asked about any sale they had and he told me about the Cooper tires buy 3 get one free so I bought them. Steve gave me a great price and provided exceptional service you don't find much of today.
