- RARandy Arnold4 days ago5.0I had gotten a flat tire on the thruway on my way to a very important work meeting this morning. I was able to get to Mavis in Auburn, NY. Justin was professional and understood my situation. They got me on the road with 4 new tires in time to make my meeting. It was unbelievable service and I would recommend them to anyone seeking tire service. They were a life saver on what could have been a disaster of a day!!!

Quoted me a price. I dropped the car and tires off by noon. My car was ready before 1:30 pm. All the workers were awesome! I have used them routinely over the past few years and always trust them. On two occasions they suggested I take my car someplace else and the next place diagnosed same issue and charged about the same price. Highly recommend!
