First of all, they listened to me when I told them that the car needed a transmission fluid change, not a flush. They agreed that a complete fluid flush may cause damage to the transmission due to the mileage. My car was originally leased, and I don't remember this particular service being done. In addition, I have to admit that it was terribly overdue. Neither Chris nor Dom scolded me for the neglect--they were simply happy to provide the service! Although it didn't take too long to do the job, they updated me frequently on anything they did while my car was in their care. I'd recommend this shop to anyone!

They did not push me to buy anything else. Drove away happy and the car seems fine. Thanks for the great service!
