  Having been a customer with Enterprise for well over 20 years, from coast to coast, I had a generally favorable option of the operations. Today (Saturday) I returned a car after having a monthly rental and could not get a 5 minute ride home. Owen advised me he was from the Syracuse office filling in and was the ONLY person working! So where is the customer service Enterprise?? With no other means of transportation I was only able to get a ride from Uber. Thank you for your dedicated service- NOT. Reply to Answer: Unfortunately Stacy wherever you may responding from- you did not address the issue of my complaint but just a AI response instead. So you dropped two stars for that.

  I want to sincerely thank Nick, Justin, and team for delivering true white glove service. They made what could have been a stressful car repair process feel seamless and easy. I truly appreciate the care and efficiency they brought to me during this stressful time. Way to go Enterprise!

  Terrible customer service. Lied about pricing over the phone. Mumbled a racial slur at me as I was walking out the door.

  I used Enterprise for a rental when my cat was being repaired for deer damage The car was clean and free of cigarette smoke I definitely would use them again

  I had to rent a vehicle after an accident with my suv, went to enterprise they gave me a car as that is what insurance was covering, I immediately called my insurance company and had it upgraded to an suv, as I live in cny and we have a lot of snow. I dealt with Nick the manager who said we don’t have an suv now, but I will have one for you by Friday, as Friday came and went I called Nick yesterday which was Monday and he told me there were 2 suvs getting oil changes and that he would call me when 1 was ready. I called a couple of times throughout the day, and he said still waiting on an oil change. He didn’t call me back, today Tuesday I called in the am and he said my lot is empty they have been rented out!! I He insured me the day before that I would get one of them, I have a front wheel drive car that they rented to me that is horrible in the snow, and I made him aware of that, and told him I had to travel for 2!days to towns that were far away from me. Very rude, told me an suv isn’t better in the snow than the front wheel drive Nissan they rented me! Called their home office an hour ago and still waiting for a call back from regional manager who was supposed to call back within minutes. Needless to say I am stuck with this car in our snowy conditions!
