I dealt with Nick the manager who said we don’t have an suv now, but I will have one for you by Friday, as Friday came and went I called Nick yesterday which was Monday and he told me there were 2 suvs getting oil changes and that he would call me when 1 was ready. I called a couple of times throughout the day, and he said still waiting on an oil change. He didn’t call me back, today Tuesday I called in the am and he said my lot is empty they have been rented out!! I He insured me the day before that I would get one of them, I have a front wheel drive car that they rented to me that is horrible in the snow, and I made him aware of that, and told him I had to travel for 2!days to towns that were far away from me. Very rude, told me an suv isn’t better in the snow than the front wheel drive Nissan they rented me! Called their home office an hour ago and still waiting for a call back from regional manager who was supposed to call back within minutes. Needless to say I am stuck with this car in our snowy conditions!
