    This was an extremely disappointing and shady experience. This was my first time ever buying my own vehicle, and it should have been an exciting milestone. I went in excited and left feeling taken advantage of. After negotiating, we clearly agreed on a final price. I also said I wanted a warranty, but I was never presented with different options or given a proper explanation. Instead, one was chosen for me, costing around $4,000, with little to no transparency. The most concerning part happened while signing the paperwork — the final contract showed a total that was $5,000 MORE than the agreed-upon price. When I questioned it, the finance manager claimed it was a “misunderstanding,” which is hard to believe. The numbers were discussed clearly, and this should never happen, especially during such a major purchase. What made this worse is that this was my dream car, and I didn’t want to walk away without it. I genuinely felt they saw me as a young, first-time buyer and assumed I wouldn’t walk away, and they took advantage of that. Instead of slowing down and explaining things properly, the process felt rushed and dismissive. Buying your first car should be exciting, not stressful or misleading. I strongly recommend others — especially young or first-time buyers — review every number carefully, ask questions, and don’t feel pressured to sign. I regret trusting this dealership and would not return.

    Excellent staff and service Dept. Very pleased with our truck and the bed extender. Highly recommend because we don't deal with the ford dealership in Ithaca.

    The guy who tells you how much your trade is worth will name off a bunch stuff wrong with your vehical and 90% of it he made up. And when they do trade in value they do it in "fair"condition . There just liars .

    Great experience, I was looking in Syracuse and not getting good feedback from the dealers, when I stumbled across this dealership. They responded to my enquiry on a model, which led me to my final decision. Couldn't have gone better!

    I waited 5 weeks for parts to “come in” for a new transmission covered under warranty. In those 5 weeks I never received a call or an update on what was taking so long. I called to check myself and was told Ford was giving them a hard time about sending one of the needed parts so I had to take my car in a second time to be evaluated again (this was 2 weeks in) Was told the part was ordered and it should be in in a day or 2. 3 weeks later (I had gone on vacation for a week) I had to call to see if the parts were in yet. What a coincidence, Yes the parts were in and they could get my car in as early as the next day. They would need it for 2 days. By the end of the second day I wasn’t surprised that I hadn’t heard from them. I called to see if my was done so I could pick it up after work. It was not done. Next day I had to call again to see when it would be ready. It was ready by the end of day 3. Just a really bad experience with no communication what-so-ever.
