  I placed a down payment on a vehicle and was told it would be held until Monday morning while I made a final decision. Before that deadline, I was informed the vehicle had already been sold to someone else. This goes against the agreement I was given at the time of my deposit. If commitments like this aren’t honored, customers should be told clearly upfront and get everything in writing. I recommend caution and making sure any agreement is documented before leaving a deposit here.

  Davidson quoted me 4000 to reprogram electronic steering rack these guys did it for $100 plus and hr to find the connection error couldnt ask for better treatment or service thank you I will be back thank you guys again

  I just bought a Mustang GT from Ford Bidleman, today. I live about 3.5 hours away from them. But the Mustang I wanted they had, and I am glad I made the trip. Ed Nichols is awesome, he made the buying process quick and painless. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks Ed, The drive home was awesome. The car drives amazing you're the best.

  My husband and I just recently purchased a kia sportage from Bidleman. We absolutely love it!! Our salesman was Ed Nichols. He was amazing. He listened to everything we said we wanted and needed. He gave us his undivided attention. In the end we got everything we wanted and we couldn't have made a better choice. If your looking to purchase a new reach out to ed at Bidleman in Auburn. You wont be disappointed!!

  I can honestly say that Ryan Coughlin has completely turned this place around. I had tried to purchase vehicles from Bidleman several times in the past and had absolutely terrible experiences with the sales team. Now that Ryan has joined, the difference is night and day. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the right way, and it really shows in how much things have improved. Highly recommend working with him if you’re considering buying a vehicle here
