  My wife returned a rental car to the body shop around 5:00 last night after the work on her car was completed. She received a call today from Cameron claiming the rocker panel is now misaligned. This was noticed around noon today when they picked up the car. My wife is the only person to drive the car and did not cause any damage. This seems quite shady considering the same woman that left the message tried talking her into the optional insurance half a dozen times when picking up the car. This seems very suspicious and also very deceptive. This car was 100% dropped off at the body shop in the same condition it was picked up. While trying to talk to her she would not stop talking over me and ultimately said “I’m not accusing you of anything, but the car was not returned in the same condition, maybe someone hit it while it was parked”. I responded with maybe that also happened after it was dropped off sometime in the 20 hours before they picked it up from the body shop. She completely dismissed that and said it was still my responsibility until they picked it up and said she would be submitting a claim against our insurance as it is “her job” to do so. Never again with this company. They are crooks!

  Always a good experience with enterprise in Amsterdam New York.. they are always pleasant and helpful.. I’ve used them twice now and both times the vehicles are great and clean..

  Cost to rent a vehicle is extremely high. Cost less to own a home i get to keep than it does to rent a vehicle for a few days.
