I went there twice, driving 45 min. They said we don't have any car. Instead of helping, they started laughing and said, "We don't have anything. When I try to call, they don't answer my call.
- CNCeE N0tEsApr 7, 20261.0Absolute joke of a business they are running. Had to go back and forth for a week for a mistake they made. Was charged over $200 for locking my key in the rental (key lockout is a $60 service by the way). Was told that i was charged for an entire key which makes no sense because i returned said key with the rental. Gave me hell trying to get a refund on a mistake that was clearly on their end. Denied me a refund for whatever reason (convo was recorded) and after fighting, they determined that i was right. Sucks that i had to go to hell and high water just to get a refund that was CLEARLY their mistake. Zero compassion from the employees there which made the matter so much worse. Please THOROUGHLY check your receipts if you were ever charged by Enterprise.
