The guy, angry, stopped and gave her another car. On top of that, that car didn't even have a license plate, and the lease was about to expire. They gave her another car, and he was furious. Poor girl, she can't rent anymore because of his anger. It's unfair. It makes car insurance companies grateful; they pay them so they have more money. These people are so stupid; they don't think with their heads. They'd rather lose customers for being so irresponsible. I don't recommend this Enterprise rental company.

When I tried to call later in the day to make sure it was checked back in nobody answered despite being on hold for 20 minutes. Absolute TRASH customer service. Will NEVER go back to Enterprise again.
