- UAUnib AwanFeb 25, 20261.0The manager, Kassim, was extremely rude and unprofessional. His lackadaisical attitude made me consider leaving multiple times. Then I wasted half hour of my time because he sold me the wrong type of wiper blades for my car and sent someone else out to attach them, wasting my time and his time. When he finally comes out he casually goes “this is not the right one” as if he’s not the one that failed to double check. Then he tells someone else to find a different set and just walks out. Btw the cashier complained that the manager never restocks on wiper blades they need. Overall a very unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. Waste of my time and energy. Wouldn’t recommend anyone come here even if it’s an emergency.

Die hard platinum battery replaced after 4 years ( was 3 year warranty ) of no issue, still going on but I put similar new one for peace of mind as winter approaches. New battery comes with 4 year warranty now . They install battery for free. All friendly team members, Jeff, Rocky, Romello. Reccomended to all. Thanks..!!
