  We brought our vehicle to Northtown Volkswagen on Monday evening after a warning light came on. We were told a part needed to be ordered, which is understandable—but it’s now Thursday and we still have no repair, no clear timeline, and no meaningful support in the meantime. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of customer-focused problem solving. We asked about a loaner and were told none were available at this location. Despite being part of a larger Northtown network, they made it clear they would not coordinate with other affiliated dealerships to help us with transportation. We have significant travel commitments for our kids’ sports, and being left without a vehicle for multiple days—without any attempt to offer alternatives or solutions—has been incredibly disruptive. I understand delays happen and parts take time. That’s not the issue. The issue is the response: rigid policies, no flexibility, and no effort to help a customer navigate a difficult situation. This experience has made it clear that once your car is in their shop, you’re on your own. Based on this, I would not choose to purchase from Northtown again. If you rely heavily on your vehicle, I would strongly recommend asking detailed questions about loaner availability and contingency support before servicing here.

  Michelle was the best salesperson I’ve ever had for buying ANYTHING. She walked me through all my options, she was personable, she made us feel like we were at home. The whole process didn’t take too long and she made sure I loved my new vehicle I purchased. She went absolutely above and beyond and I would highly recommend asking for her for whatever you need and I can’t stress that enough. I will never have another sales person for as long as she’s working there. Thank you Michelle for making my day feel special and welcoming. You are a 10/10 person.

  Michelle Cavarella was so easy to work with. She made buying a car, not a chore, but the fun that it should be. I appreciated the time she took with me to make sure I understood how everything worked in the car. My next car purchase will be with her.

  I had a great experience working with Bailey. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, stayed transparent throughout, and never made me feel pressured. It’s clear he actually cares about his customers and making sure they get the right car. I’d definitely recommend working with him.

  Great sales experience with Michelle! The only downer of our deal was the supposed $3000 over bluebook offer. The manager came up with every excuse in the world over why he really couldn't give us what they ADVERTISED, including that he will only be selling the car for what they are giving us (but they have it on their lot already for $3000 more than he gave us). The whole sales experience went great, I just walked away questioning the honesty of the manager, not of Michelle though. We were going to buy at Basil, but went to Northtown for the $3k offer. The Basil guys wished us luck and told us Northtown never actually realky gives anyone that money, I guess it is false advertising!
