    I recently transacted business at Northtown Toyota. I was greeted and helped by a very fine, polite, young man by the name of Jose. In real estate there is a famous slogan " location, location, location". For any business catering to the public (like an auto dealership) I think a slogan such as "impression, impression, impression" is so important. Many times the first person you interact with is critical. I went away from Northtown Toyota very impressed with your personnel. I do not know and am not in any way related to the aforementioned person. Nevertheless, I think the dealership should know this. I wish your business success. With employees like Jose you will have it! Small wonder you have been around 55+ years.

    Just worked with Navid to get into a new car, I told him what I wanted and he got me into it in a month. A car thats wait eveyrone else said was 2-3 months he got me into early and i see that as very good customer service, once I came in for my paper work and talk numbers, he was very reasonable and didn’t add on any bs. Highly recommend going to Navid!

    Dominic made the process as smooth as possible for someone who was an out of state buyer. He communicated very well via email/txt sending my plenty of pics and vids of the vehicle. We did as much paperwork before hand to make the day of purchase as smooth and quick as possible considering i had to fly in. The day I flew in after a satisfying test drive i was in and out in about 3 hours total. The truck was fully detailed waiting for me. Very smooth process.

    I purchased a brand-new 2026 Toyota Camry from this dealership in January and experienced a major issue with the audio amplifier failing within weeks of ownership. Since then, the vehicle has remained operational, but the part needed for repair has been on backorder for several months. I was initially given an expected repair timeline of mid-April, which has now been pushed out to September 2026. While I understand supply chain issues can happen, the communication and handling of this situation have been very disappointing. I had to repeatedly follow up and escalate the issue through Toyota corporate just to get clear updates on what is going on. At this point, I am still waiting for a resolution on a brand-new vehicle that failed almost immediately after purchase. I expected better support and transparency from both the dealership and Toyota in handling a warranty repair on a new car. I would encourage potential buyers to be aware of how warranty issues are handled when parts are on backorder.

    I had a great experience at Northtown Toyota, and I especially want to give a huge thank you to Navid for making the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, Navid was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable with the deal. What really stood out to me was how transparent and honest he was throughout the process no pressure, just real help. He was able to give me a solid trade-in value for my vehicle, which I truly appreciated, and he worked hard to get my monthly payment exactly where I wanted it. That’s not something every salesperson is willing to do, and it made a big difference for me. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most positive car-buying experiences I’ve had. If you’re going to Northtown Toyota, I highly recommend asking for Navid. He’ll take care of you and make sure you leave happy. Thank you again, Navid!
