All through this Brandon stayed patient, respectful, professional and kept in touch with updates. He worked with me to achieve the deal I wanted and reserved the car I wanted that was on the car carrier coming from the production plant. My new Hybrid Forester is amazing. Ethan discussed our needs and suggested two possible vehicle options, the Forester, and the Outback. We drove both vehicles, Ethan was very knowledgeable and took the time with us to describe each vehicle’s features and capabilities. He did not pressure us, but allowed us the freedom to make the best decision for us, the Outback Touring. We felt very happy with Ethan, and the entire team including Kyle the Sales Manager, and Brandon, in the Business Office. This was a very good easy experience for us, and the entire Northtown team is top notch!
