- MHMakenna Hope3 days ago1.0Service department is grimy. They will overcharge you for anything they can. They will take advantage of you. Went in for an oil change and to see if they had a clue what was wrong with something else. Ever since making an appt I’ve received multiple texts about buying my car from them. Obvs they would low ball me and sell it for 5x more. They tried to say I have about 6,000$ worth of repairs to fix. My car was inspected a little over a month ago so that’s garbage. Took my car to a different trusted mechanic next day. They said that was all bogus and all I needed was a few new parts and they could repair it for under 400$ What a difference. Truly scummy thing to try and take advantage of someone. Be careful and always get a second or third quote.

They kept checkin up and made sure they had what I wanted, The guy from sales, Otis Paris II, he's was super friendly and all the process went smoothly, took me less than just 2-3 hours to get the ownership. (Tho the detailer guy who cleaned my car..wasn't much 'detailed'), but yeah!10/10 experience.

Test drive, appraisal of my old car, financing, new plates, new insurance, everything! Eli made the car buying experience as pleasant as possible and I would recommend going to him without reservation.
