Since 1969 Northtown Automotive Companies has expanded from a small used car operation in the Northtown's of Buffalo to 12 State-of-the-Art retail operations representing 20 separate franchises including: Toyota, Volkswagen, KIA, Mazda, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, ProMaster, FIAT, Honda, Lexus, Subaru, Hyundai, Genesis, Land Rover, Volvo, Porsche, Jaguar, Mahindra, and Northtown Collision Centre.
A commitment was made over the past 6 years to modernize our facilities across our portfolio, designing our facilities with two people in mind: our customers and our associates. Our strategy has paid off ensuring our customers receive the best possible service while simultaneously making sure our Northtown family has the necessary working environment to provide the best in customer service.
We are proud of our 800+ associates we like to call "family" as well as our consistent emphasis on creating a family environment from our owners to our front-line employees. Our strength comes from a longstanding commitment to live by the "golden rule" each and every day

- SSSalvatoreApr 1, 20261.0Be sure to bring an authorized code reader or mechanic when purchasing a vehicle from them, especially if its certified preowned. Do your due diligence because they will lie, even about the smallest of things. They stored diagnostic trouble codes, then misrepresented the vehicle’s condition. Deceptive trade practices, dont be fooled, they do it all!

- NJNeff JelsonAug 15, 20211.0Have a lease for two years so far. 6 months ago had just a flat tire and the car doesn't come with a spare. Took Northtown over a week to replace the tire. After 4 days I called for an update and whomever took the call never notified anyone why the car was brought in. Took another 5 days to replace the tire and refused to supply a rental so I had no vehicle for 9 days. Last week the clutch burnt out. Volkswagen Jetta with 20,000 miles. Was told it'll take a week till they can get to the repair and refused a rental with an attitude. Was treated like I was ignorant to request a vehicle till the repair was completed. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in any industry. I originally planned on buying my next vehicle from Northtown . Obviously I'm never giving them my business ever again. Normally I'd keep treatment like this to myself but now that it seems to be their M.O. whenever I hear anyone discussing buying or leasing a vehicle I will go out of my way to save as many people I can from experiencing the worst customer service.

Subaru is very lucky to have such a nice well mannered professional salesman. Dave was very informative. Listened and understood what we could afford and worked with us to achieve that goal. I would recommend Dave to any one who wants to buy a Subaru. When we are ready again to lease or buy I'm hoping Dave is still there to work with. Thank You again for all your help Dave Baritot !!
