  I showed up to get my car inspected. I was told all my car needed was rotors to pass inspection. I said ok do that then. A few days later I look and the old sticker is still there. I'm not sure what happened, but my car did not get inspected. I call back, they can't help. They tell me to track down the guy I talked to in stead of helping. Otherwise, for the time I had assumed they inspected my car, I would have said it was very good service. It feels like it was good service. I just need to find out what my money was spent on if not inspecting my car.

  Went to get my inspection done. I called ahead of time and they got me in no problem! Would highly recommend!

  They were quick and kind. I believe the one who helped me was Daevantae he was super nice and informant. I’ll be back when I need more service

  I went in for an inspection and they failed me saying there was something completely wrong with the brakes. I asked him how much it would be to fix and he said 1200+300 for brake pads. I was so shocked because I had recently gotten my car worked on a couple months back. I went to another shop for a second opinion and they said my brakes were fine and passed me for the inspection. Very sad that they were trying to scam me a young woman and a college student.

  I had an appointment thru the call center however the facility could not honor that time as an employee called in sick. They broke 3 lug nuts and damaged a wheel bearing. I suspect the over torqued the nuts on my last tire change last November (Replaced at no charge) I had to leave my car for 27 hours which did disrupt my schedule beyond an expected 2 hour appointment. When I checked my tire pressure after arriving home, all 4 tires were inflated to 50-60 PSI well above the recommended pressure. I plan on taking the car to my local garage to check the lug nut torques. Overall not a good experience and very unlikely I will ever use Mr. Tire again.
