    Perfect experience getting a rental from this location. They had many vehicles to choose from and they picked me up and dropped me off at the repair shop so I didn’t need to find my own rides. Every employee I talked to was so nice it was truly a pleasure!!

    Called location number to confirm rental set up by insurance company due to being rear ended. Representative (later found out from customer service) took all my information and told me I was all set. Normally when I rent I go in with my card and Id. The process is quick and easy. I gave my information and was told immediately I spoke to customer service and they were negative vehicle. (Customer service or not when someone answers the phone for your company. The customer is not saying this is customer service. They are saying this is enterprise) I was then told none of my information was in the system. I needed a secondary number. The person (wouldn’t give me a name) told me it could be any number. Based off that I gave her a number. Man behind desk (wouldn’t give me a name) stated she has to know them. At this point I’m beyond frustrated. I asked why does it f word matter? Instantly the man behind the counter said they will not service me. Keep in mind he said when I came in they were negative vehicles any ways. I called customer service. Explained the problem and they went online saw there were vehicles available. They then called each location and was told they were negative vehicles and are trying to borrow from each other. This is a big problem. How is a customers supposed to know your online site shows you have vehicles and you don’t. Customer service stated That’s a huge problem as well. They told me they were forwarding my complaint to the district manager. That was Thursday March 19th , 2026. I have not heard from anyone. I’ve since resolved the issue on my own. My question was never answered by the branch about the second number policy. The man that refused to give me his name just stated they were doing their job and couldn’t service me. Customer service answered my question and explained to me why other states don’t require a secondary number. This is the only enterprise location I’ve had an issue with. Furthermore, I’ve worked in customer service for years. I understand people get upset and a curse word may slip out. At no point was I cursing the representative out. One word came out due to frustration and the location took that and ran with it. I didn’t have to be escorted out. I didn’t jump over the counter. I didn’t try to attack. I had a human moment. AND IF THEY FELT WHAT THEY WERE DOING WAS RIGHT; WHY DID THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME THEIR NAMES? The man behind the desk rudely said that’s what the business cards are for. To the district manager, Is that how you expect your representatives to respond to someone asking them their name? ( I didn’t see a name tags ) Better training on how to resolve an issue created but misrepresentation of your available online is needed. Accountability would have went a long way versus saying she spoke to customers service not us.
