- STS TMay 28, 20255.0I recently needed a moving truck. I booked one and the prior renter didn't return it the day I needed it and after the Penske office was closed. The district manager called me on his own time, from home, and I also go in touch with the corporate office (their phone system is a bit frustrating and the Home Depot hung up on me but Penske was great). They took exceptionally good care of me, found me another truck and made accommodations for any inconvenience I had. It was, frankly, a textbook example of excellent and ideal customer service. It started out as a disaster but ended up making me super happy, everything turned out better than planned. Seriously excellent service. They turned a problem into a really nice experience.
