For being a repeat customer , we didn't get treated that well. I was looking at the 2019 Pathfinder and trading in 2015 Pathfinder. We had the honors of dealing with Gary. Seem like he didn't have the time of day to deal with us. He had two other sales reps helping him out that was more interested of helping us out. He didn't even help us out with paperwork that we filled out. At the other time I bought my 2015. I remember paperwork was done and the experience that we just had at the Hyundai store .we didn't have to fill out the paperwork too. So saying that we are a hat trick customer at northtown. So when I looked at the vehicle you had some damage that I told him about and notice it wasn't taken care of. I didn't have that problem with my 2015 they fixed a couple issues and they noticed that I had a couple scratches on it and they took care of my 2015. This sales rep didn't want to spend any time or extra of his money. To help out a customer. I worked at Basil Ford 4 and a half years and never had a vehicle like my 2019 Pathfinder coming out of it dealership looking like mine was. Then I had some heating issues and took it in. Thank God Nissan works on it because you just got a manager or other manager told me it was normal. I still think my blow motor for my heat is acting up still. But remember I said the manager told me it was normal. Then he pop the hood and was looking for the dipstick of my transmission. Sadly to say I know more about my Nissan Pathfinder than he does. Cuz I told him my 2019 now and my older one doesn't have one. And he looked at me like yes they do. But he found out. So if you're looking for a Toyota of any kind I recommend a good choice. Otherwise if you're looking at a Nissan Pathfinder go down the street. Cuz that's where they send all the Nissans. And like I said we are a third time customer. And will be posting on the Hyundai review post. And want to say on this one it's a rebound of four to five stars. Not happy about the service that I got at the Toyota store. I'll go to another northtown service apartment and sales.

Alex was awesome in helping my son pick out a vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We were not disappointed, great choice and perfect 1st car. The dealership was very easy to deal with. Very happy with our purchase of a used vehicle. Would definitely purchase there again. Thank you Alex for all your assistance.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle, and I can’t recommend the dealership or Dom highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, transparent, and completely stress-free. Dom was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain every feature in detail, and walk me through each step so there were no surprises. I truly appreciated his honest communication and zero-pressure approach.

As a new driver and someone who does not know much about cars, I did not know the concept of dealerships=stealerships and ended up paying $1000+. However, even with paying that amount, the service sucked. Some of the employees were so rude and showed attitude(especially the white woman, I think her name was Beverly). I will never be returning to this location for any service. Money doesn’t grow on trees, at least show some respect to your customers. If you’re reading this review and don’t want to be overcharged, please AVOID dealerships, especially this location!!

Customer Comment / Shout-out > "This is my third vehicle from Northtown Toyota. After months of frustration in the Brooklyn market, I’ve realized that the transparency here is unbeatable. I would rather buy a plane ticket and drive 6 hours home than spend another hour being misled by local dealers who hide their true costs." 3rd time bought a car in northtown toyota in 5 years id rather fly 400 miles than feeling ripped off. All cost and payments are calculated before i fly.
