We walked into the showroom and wete greeted by Scott who said he would be happy to help us out. He asked us what options we were interested in and what color we would like. He said we have one on the lot. He had it pulled up for us to take a test drive. We loved the car and said we would take,it and sat down to work out the details. We arranged a fair deal and he actually gave me more for my trade-in than I thought I would get, so that was a plus. We then talked to Kevin,the financial advisor. He was super friendly and very helpful explaining all our options. Finally, the car was ready and Scott had the car pulled inside so we weren’t out in the cold weather while he explained how everything worked. Even Matt Georger, the sales manager came into the office to wish us best of luck with our new car! Thanks to everyone for a great experience. I would highly recommend Northtown Toyota for anyone interested in a new car or service.

Our family bought a car here, there was a 'promise' in the papers that some of the services will be covered at some toyota auto service centers(all around Erie, and Niagara counties). No services were covered as employees in these auto services didn't want to handle, and fix cars for free, they are not working for free labor around there (that might be also understandable as well). At least, if knew, that nothing is being done for free, I wouldn't have counted on these services, and wouldn't pay for nothing (late notice of 100$ for oil change upon the car pick-up, that's hilarious). You have to revise, at least look into your contract/ selling papers' text elaborately because some people are working on their prestigious cars. I am so much disappointed, and I also have to learn how to do many car fixing repairmentns on our own with close ones if I want to avoid having to interact with employees who do not get paid for their work, or who have trouble with self-awareness as to what services are debitable.
