Purchasing my new 2026 Subaru Forester Limited from Northtown Subaru was a truly great experience. Brandon, Kyle, and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with—professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. I felt I was treated very fairly throughout the entire process, with clear communication and no pressure. Most importantly, I left feeling appreciated as a valued customer, not just another sale. Thank you all for making this such a smooth and positive experience!

Brandon & Kyle are such a pleasure to work with - extremely personable, professional, persuasive, & knowledgeable. They made trading in my Hundai Tucson a piece of cake which normally can be an overwhelming, long process with substantial paperwork. Brandon did an excellent job going through explaining everything as I signed & felt very satisfied with the arrangement. Kyle is an outstanding manager that definitely listens to your concerns/needs & puts the customer first. The team overall are a great time, great energy, & highly recommend Northtown Subaru you will be pleased with the service & the great deal you’ll get! Check them out today! Thank you Brandon & Kyle!!

I had a great experience working with Dan Griffin at Northtown Subaru. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Subaru ascent that I purchased, and he took the time to explain all the features to me. Dan Griffin was very professional, and he cared about finding the right car for me. I highly recommend asking for him if you buy a car from there. The dealership and the quality of vehicles that they sell are impressive.

Before sharing my constructive feedback I want to outline that I have leased three other vehicles from Northtown in the past. Two from Toyota (Keith Walh was fantastic) and one from the Hyundai store. All three experiences were positive, build relationships with the sales folks, never felt the "sale experience" or had issues with lease turn-ins. I've also used the service department and always had positive experience with those folks also. This time around I wanted a Subaru because I purchased one in the past and loved it- they are fantastic cars in the snow. The "sales experience" was just that. Playing games, coming in super high, and back and forth for days. I did end up where I wanted the price, but it took a week to get there. I had complete lack of trust in the process and the person I worked with. I was ready to walk on the final day we got to the agreed price. Picking up the car, sales rep let me know he didn't have time to show me features (I get it they were closing). The lack of desire to build that relationship with me and go the extra mile for the customer was clearly not a thing. It might have taken him an extra 15 minutes to outline the features. Fast forward a month later. I am getting a bill for the lease I just turned into Northtown Subaru. Luckily, my brother-in-law looked into it as a GM at another dealership (who doesn't carry Subaru) to find out they never grounded my lease. So in essence, saying I still had the car and was financially responsible for it. Keys were just thrown somewhere without paperwork and my old car was in one of their lots unaccounted for, for almost a full month. I called to question the situation upset, and got told it just slipped through the cracks, like it was not a big deal and blame was passed from the Subaru store to the Toyota stores fault. This could have impacted my credit if I stopped paying on a car that I thought was all set, and was not, because something "slipped through the cracks." I was compensated one oil change which was nice of them. But the fact that this would not have been caught if it wasn't for me filling out paperwork on my old lease because I got another bill, that then flagged my brother in law from Ally Financial, looking for the car, does make me want to continue to do business with Northtown in the future. Disappointing situation across the board especially lack of communication and transparency- especially because I really love my new vehicle. So other lease turn in customers beware.

If you’re looking to test drive a car, ask for Benjamin. He’s super chill, never rushes you, and walks you through every function and feature in real time as you experience them. For your sales representative, ask for Johnny. If sales reps were ‘good cop / bad cop,’ Johnny is definitely the good cop. He calmly answered all my questions, kept things completely real and transparent throughout the process, and—most importantly—stayed super responsive via text before, during, and after the sale. When I had an issue with my new car, he guided me through it even before official business hours. I wasn’t expecting such a quick, early response, but he came through. If anyone I know is buying a Subaru (or any new car), Johnny is my go-to recommendation now. The manager was solid too—I caught a small mistake early on, and he personally apologized and made it right immediately. Overall, I had a genuinely positive experience here. My advice: do your homework and really understand the car-buying process before stepping into any dealership. With helpful people like Johnny and Benjamin, you’ll likely walk away happy too.
