This was the easiest car-buying experience ever. Aaron was very friendly, honest and professional. Ray (Sales Manager) also made sure to introduce himself, and my overall first impression of this dealership made me feel like i was at home. This weekend I stopped into Northtown Mazda to explore my options getting into a new vehicle and a new lease with a lower payment than I was currently paying. I was greeted with kindness by Stephanie, the sales manager, and then Brandon, the salesperson. Both Brandon and Stephanie were phenomenal and assisted in getting me into a beautiful CX-5 lease and were able to accommodate my budget all while being incredibly patient and kind. The service I received was top-tier and this was by far my best car buying experience. I would highly, highly recommend Northtown Mazda, Stephanie and Brandon for anyone looking to get into a Mazda. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

I recently bought a certified pre-owned Mazda CX 30 from North Town Mazda. It had some noticeable scratches across the hood and a dent in the driver’s door. It took time, but it was all taken care of free of charge. Our salesman left for another job before we noticed the scratches and dent, so Ray took care of us. Whenever Ray would say, “ Don’t worry; we’re going to take care of it for you,” I knew it would happen. So a big shout-out to Ray for taking on our “case” to make everything right. Now the car looks beautiful and drives like a dream:)

I love it here. They helped me a bunch and gave me the best car for me and worked with me even with my credit being decent and not great. I was helped by Josh. He even helped me set up my car and showed me how to use it. The entire team is great and treats you like family. I left in a CX-30 and am definitely coming back in the future when it’s time for the trade-in. I love Mazda!! Oh the cookies were good too.
