We had the absolutely BEST experience at the Northtown Mazda dealer with Aaron Sanford. He went over & beyond to give us a great deal on our new Mazda CX-5. His patience & understanding was very much appreciated. He was a terrific source of knowledge of the SUVs we were looking at. Nicole Ostrowski in the Finance Dept. was so very helpful & knows her job well. Phenomenal customer service all the way around. Everyone at Northtown Mazda made us feel so special. Never had that experience when purchasing a vehicle.

Just leased our first car (Mazda CX-50). What a great experience! The salesman, Mohammed Faouri, was a pleasure to work with. Wasn't pushy at all... just showed us a few models, explained some options we had, and worked with us to get the price we wanted. He was very clear on all the fine print, no hidden fees or moving numbers around to try and confuse us... just a very straightforward, clear-to-understand contract. His assistant, Nar, was fantastic also. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to check them out.

I like Mazda, but not this dealership. When I purchased my car, I ended up having to go to Rochester as this dealership was to difficult to deal with. I unfortunately have used them for routine service/oil changes and typically have to wait over 1-1/2 to 2 hours for an oil change. I even paid for a tire rotation one time and then noticed that had never rotated the tires, one of the rims had a dent from a curb which is how I new. I had to go back a second time to get the tires rotated where they were proud to say there would be no charge for that appointment, I was like "no kidding, because I had already paid for it the first time."
Yesterday I had an appointment for an oil change at 3:15. Unfortunately I was running late at work and called the dealership to see if if was ok if I was to arrive 15 to 20 minutes late. The person that took my call placed me on hold and then came back on line after checking and sayin that was no problem at all. I showed up at 3:35 and was then told since I was late for my appointment, I would need to come back 3 hours later. I informed the gentleman, who was very nice, that I had called and was told it wasn't an issue. He said that must have been the call center and that I would still need to come back. After informing him of what I thought of their dealership and my experience with the service there he said he could see about fitting me in but I told him not to bother.
I left and on my way home stopped at Valvoline Instant Oil change on Transit Rd. I was taken right away, had a full service oil change performed in under 15 minutes and was treated very professionally by the staff and especially the Manager Tony.
I have one prepaid oil change remaining with Northtown and if it wasn't for that, I'd guarantee I'd never go back for basic service ever again.

I recently purchased a new car and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect vehicle for my needs.
The process was seamless. My sales person Mohammed listened carefully to my preferences and budget; guiding me through the various models and features without any pressure. He patiently answered all of my questions, ensuring, I felt confident in my decision. The financing department was equally fantastic, clearly explaining all the options and making the paperwork process quick and painless.
Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend the Northtown Mazda dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

I walked into the Mazda dealership, intending just to test drive a car that caught my eye. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I could tell how the employees care about providing a welcoming environment for their customer. I was promptly met by their sales associate Brandan who made sure to inquire about the important features I look for in a car. After test driving two new cars, I was curious about their certified pre owned vehicles on the lot. Brandan showed me a certified preowned Mazda Cx-50 in exceptional condition. I got the opportunity to test drive the car and immediately loved the it. Although I had no intentions of purchasing a car so soon, I knew I had to act on the opportunity before someone else took the car. In the matter of three days, I went from simply window shopping, to purchasing a new car. Brandan set me up to talk with his finance manager, Nicole, who did a phenomenal job explaining all of the benefits that come with owning a certified preowned cars, along with other services available for purchase. She also did a great job explaining my financing options. Brandan also set me up with his manager, Ray to discuss trade in value of my previous car. Ray worked with me on reaching a price point that both parties could agree. This made transferring plates and getting rid of my old car much easier without the hassle of trying to sell my car privately. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience purchasing from Northtown Mazda. Everyone there is so friendly and made my car buying experience seamless. I would recommend purchasing a car from them to currently in the market.
