Thank you for considering Northtown Mazda for buying and maintaining your next and/or current Mazda. We wanted to put our customers' first and to show how serious we are with this commitment we've built a brand new state-of-the-art Mazda dealership loaded with technology and amenities.
This is the first Mazda dealership in the U.S. built with the new customer focused floor plan. Our customers' are free to help themselves to premium coffee, freshly baked cookies and free WiFi while they relax in front of our two-way fireplace. We also have free cable television, and charge stations for all your mobile devices.

I was greeted with kindness by Stephanie, the sales manager, and then Brandon, the salesperson. Both Brandon and Stephanie were phenomenal and assisted in getting me into a beautiful CX-5 lease and were able to accommodate my budget all while being incredibly patient and kind. The service I received was top-tier and this was by far my best car buying experience. I would highly, highly recommend Northtown Mazda, Stephanie and Brandon for anyone looking to get into a Mazda. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

It took time, but it was all taken care of free of charge. Our salesman left for another job before we noticed the scratches and dent, so Ray took care of us. Whenever Ray would say, “ Don’t worry; we’re going to take care of it for you,” I knew it would happen. So a big shout-out to Ray for taking on our “case” to make everything right. Now the car looks beautiful and drives like a dream:)

He even helped me set up my car and showed me how to use it. The entire team is great and treats you like family. I left in a CX-30 and am definitely coming back in the future when it’s time for the trade-in. I love Mazda!! Oh the cookies were good too.
