The back and forth, the I'll run it buy my manager, were so close can you come up 20 bucks a month. Well no more! I had the pleasure of walking into Northtown KIA and meeting Ahmed Yousif. This is the most pleasurable experience we have ever had buying a car. He found the car we wanted at the price we wanted. There was no pressure at all. We set the pick up date for Tuesday. Well the car we were turning in was hit by a deer on the Wednesday before (Christmas Eve). We thought our Christmas and the deal were ruined. NOPE!! Ahmed met me at the collision shop and set up all the repairs/insurance work that needed to be done. He then delivered the car a day early. There was only one more hurdle the dreaded sit down with the finance guy, the 2 hour tug a war to get out the door without losing your mind. You know where they try to sell you everything under the sun. I met with Adam and told him I didnt want to buy any add ons. He said he understood but it was his job to explain the extra items available to me because they could be very benefical to me. He quickly explained what he had available and I declined. He said "Thank You, Ahmed will be right back with your keys". Total time with Adam, 10 minutes! The total time I spent the dealership was probably 45 minutes. This is the best car buying experience we have ever had, we are now customers for life. I highly recommend Amhed and the crew at TransitTown Kia. No muss, No fuss.

Special shoutouts to my salesman, Richard (Richie) Nguyentran and Steven Gates, the finance manager. These two went above and beyond to make this deal happen while I was living in Washington state but moving to Buffalo, NY and wanting to purchase during the holiday sale. Needless to say, I will recommend Northtown Kia to everyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle and will use them myself in the future, should the need arise. I'm currently very pleased and satisfied with my 2026 Kia Seltos. Which I picked up just in time for a little bit of snow!
