  I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer within in the last 6 mons only to find that the drivers side floor board has water leaking from an unknown source. I contacted the dealer and asked if they would look into this matter since it was recently purchased IMO and was advised that they could do nothing for me and that I should have purchased an extended warranty since it was a used vehicle. The salesman went on to say things about purchasing used vehicles, and the issues that could occur and that it could also happen in newer vehicles. He then continued on saying that a lot of variables could have occurred and that they could not have known about the leak since it was only at the dealership for 2 weeks (which it wasn't I looked at vehicle n reached out for a month about the price). He then stated that this a risk in purchasing used vehicles and that the dealer also takes a risk in purchasing used vehicles etc etc etc...Basically stating that they would NOT accept any responsibility in the vehicle that I purchased for 19K from them with a known issue IMO....thanx Kia n Baily for not taking care of customers!!!

  This was my second time purchasing a new vehicle with Northtown, and I had another easy, pleasant experience. My salesman, James, went above and beyond to make sure that he quickly secured the model and color that I wanted, despite it not being readily available on their lot. He was amazing to work with, always available to answer any questions, and because of this, I would highly recommend James to all of my friends and family! Thank you, Northtown!

  Andrew and his team from Northtown always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. He truly values the customer experience and puts the needs of the individuals/families he works with at the front of his approach. When considering vehicle leases/purchases, I highly recommended visiting Andrew at Northtown as he can ensure the best experience. No agent or dealership has been able to compare. My family will only purchase through Andrew/Northtown at this point due to our consistent happiness with the service, deals and vehicles over the last 7 years!

  My son was a first-time car buyer. I was out of town and could not accompany him but I did by phone. Jim Kelly was wonderful. Very educational, instructive and wonderful to deal with. I feel he took very good care of my son. I was happy with the deal that we negotiated. He went over the extended warranty for the electronics, which initially I said no to and then with his explanation I found it would be beneficial. Very good experience. Jim Kelly was excellent!! My son now has a K4 and is very happy with it.

  I had a wonderful experience with MacKenzie at this location. I walked in, told her what I wanted and was driving away with my dream vehicle by 2pm. She listened to what I was looking for, was not pushy and did not try to pair me up with something to upcharge me. I needed help with the insurance and she was very knowledgeable, speaking with the agent on my behalf. After speaking to the finance department, I felt the same way. Steve did not try to put extra warranties on the car that were not necessary. The manage of the location introduced himself, said hello and goodbye, shook my hand and made it so my vehicle was Certified before I drove it off the lot. I am very pleased with the entire purchase process. This location created a life-long customer yesterday! Go see MacKenzie!
