Just bought myself a brand new car from North town Honda. I had a great experience working with Karen. Karen was very knowledgeable of the car, she was able to show me different features during the test drive so I could experience a nice feel for what I was about to purchase. Karen was super helpful explaining all the new things on it. Also, she was easy to work with during the process from start to finish! I would highly recommend going to Karen if you are in the market for cars!

Sold me a car with old and broken brake pads, rotors, tire struts, and tires. Not to mention the door actuator didn’t work so I was driving around an unlocked car for god knows how long. $2500 later I have learned my lesson. NEVER buy from Northtown. They saw an independent young woman and took complete advantage of that. Can’t forget about the fact that they falsified my nys inspection to sell me the car!

I had a wonderful experience here at Northtown Honda and drove off in a Honda HRV. From the moment I walked in Karar was friendly and very helpful. He helped me get the car I wanted and never pressured me. The sales manager Christian(Mac) was so nice he checked on us and made sure we were good the whole time even getting us some snacks. Jonah was also very helpful and kind he explained the protection plans to me and allowed me to make my own decision based off what was explained to me. This is truly the best place to get your car they make you feel like family and not a quota. Y'all have a customer for life. Karar again thank you for making my experience a great one and he need a raise lol.

Absolutely terrible would not recommend this place they’re just looking to make a quick buck off their mistakes. Came in for an oil got talked into getting a tire rotation… you’d think okay no problem WRONG. After sitting at the dealership going on two hours a service guy comes out telling me one of my lug nuts is completely stripped and bent and there’s no way they can get it back on and I’d have to pay an extra $550 to get a whole new lug nut for the wheel other wise it’d fall off. While talking to the service guy and i’m asking how is this possible I just bought the car 4 months ago which they inspected before handing it over to me and it was my first service on the car I hadn’t touched anything on the car maintenance wise. The head guy called himself mansplaining to me that I hit a “curb” or something and that’s why my lug nut was bent and stripped it. One of the technicians i was talking to told me I can “hammer it back on the wheel myself”….I’ve not hit or scraped anything in that vehicle I paid too much money for it. After going back and forth with the guy for 30+ minutes going back and forth between departments trying to figure out who I should “talk to” .I left to get a second opinion, the place I went to basically told me my entire rim/ tire would have been damaged and scraped up. He said it’s not possible for only the inside of my lug nut to be damaged/ stripped not to mention just ONE lug nut was broken and whatever power tool they used to try and get it on cause the damage. After talking to a manager at Honda they miraculously decided to “fix” the issue in total I had to leave my car there for 7 hours while they fixed a error one of the technicians caused to my car, and when I went to pick it up the manager or head service guy said “ oh we put it under your warranty so it’s free of charge” after I was previously told it wouldn’t be covered and I’d have to pay out of pocket. The situation was very frustrating and unprofessional…
