Northtown Collision Centre is centrally located on Sheridan Drive right across from our Lexus store and next to Kia. We realize how much you rely on your vehicle on a day to day basis, so when if its ever involved in an accident and needs repair we realize how important a quick turnaround is. For this reason, we're open 24/7 Monday-Wednesday and 7:30-9:00 Friday & Saturday. Just like our dealerships we look to bring the same level of customer service and quality to every repair. We want to help you maintain your vehicle and keep it looking like new for the entire time you own it.
We can provide shuttle service back home or to Enterprise Rent A Car just up the street. We also direct bill with many of the major insurance companies and are a preferred repair facility for Allstate.

- DSDavid SimmonsOct 5, 20251.0I would strongly encourage people not to do business with Northtown Collision center on Sheridan Dr. in Amherst, NY and I’m speaking from experience, I was in an accident with my 2020 Range Rover Velar last November and the damage to my vehicle was almost $30K, I had Northtown do the work because when I called Land Rover that’s who the recommended, huge mistake, they had the vehicle for almost 3 months and when I got the vehicle back, the front grill wasn’t properly on, the battery was completely dead and I had to take it over to Land Rover to get a battery replacement, I drove the vehicle for a couple of weeks only to have it overheating on me because Northtown failed to check the vehicle over before giving it back to me, cone to find out, the hose connecting to the coolin needed replacing, ever so nice I got my vehicle back, I had issues, now I’m told that I have a major oil leak in which I don’t have before until I let Northtown do thr work on my vehicle, this is by far the worst place that I have ever taken my vehicle to, they do horrible work, do not bring your vehicle to Northtown collision center. I am now in the process of looking into an attorney and possibly file a lawsuit against this business. I give this shop one star out of Five…..David Simmons

Horrible business they declined service which was no problem I would take it somewhere else but when they took apart the car they installed the bumper back on very poorly without a care in the world. Fitment on both sides were completely off, sensor was missing. I spoke to the manager Joe to resolve this issue and he and Kim said this is how you brought it in which is completely false I had pictures to show them and instead of working with me they just neglected service and the manager Joe decided to get up in my face and raised his voice instead of being professional. I ended up leaving to head back home and the wheel cover and bottom shield fell apart and I was stuck on the side of the road and had to get towed. I called back to inform them what just happened after I left and Kim lied and said we didn’t touch that part of the vehicle but to remove the front bumper both parts that fell apart are required to be removed to inspect the car. Horrible service and people don’t go here! Also everything was recorded and documented

My car was damaged, they sent a tow truck out to pick it up, and handled everything with insurance. There was a minor issue with insurance pay, and they worked with me and the insurance company to square it away (shout out to Derek!). Car was in great condition when I picked it up, repairs were done well.
