About

Car Dealer
Since 1969 Northtown Automotive Companies has expanded from a small used car operation in the Northtown's of Buffalo to 12 State-of-the-Art retail operations representing 20 separate franchises including: Toyota, Volkswagen, KIA, Mazda, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, ProMaster, FIAT, Honda, Lexus, Subaru, Hyundai, Genesis, Land Rover, Volvo, Porsche, Jaguar, Mahindra, and Northtown Collision Centre. A commitment was made over the past 6 years to modernize our facilities across our portfolio, designing our facilities with two people in mind: our customers and our associates. Our strategy has paid off ensuring our customers receive the best possible service while simultaneously making sure our Northtown family has the necessary working environment to provide the best in customer service. We are proud of our 800+ associates we like to call "family" as well as our consistent emphasis on creating a family environment from our owners to our front-line employees. Our strength comes from a longstanding commitment to live by the "golden rule" each and every day treating our customers and fellow workers the way we would want to be treated: with respect, fairness, kindness and dignity. We've received numerous accolades including the Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Award, the Elite of Lexus, Chrysler 5 Star Certification and Time Magazine's Quality Dealer Awards. But perhaps our biggest accomplishments come from playing an active role in our community where we support vital endeavors such as the Kaleida Health Foundation, Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, The Northtown Center of Amherst and Children's Hospital of Buffalo Foundation, to name a few.

Cory was the Tech at the counter who took care of me. He is a pleasure to work with. He will explain in detail what will be done - 80,000 maintenance. Cory answered all my questions and provided what he thought is best but ultimately left the decision up to me. He is a great employee and provides great quality service. Thank you Cory!
