  I was disappointed to say the least, I made an appointment for tire maintenance sensors and 2 front tires, the person made the appointment for 4 tires, the technician looked at tires and said I needed 4, the 2 rear was dry rotted, this was never reported during my inspection in April, I was quoted pricing for tires that were purchase 3 get 1 free, only Cooper was part of special.I went with what I was told, when the tech was ready for tires, only 3 was availàble, the manager had to gi get a tire from another store, I also had to wait for sensors to be ordered and delivered, my 9 a.m appointment bb went until 2 p.m, and I had to reschedule and return to have my alignment. The place is filthy, stark and the restroom should be quaranteened.Ì chise to hold my urine when I opened and sam the restroom.Please be mindful of guest.I was also told there was 2 call offs and 2 lifts were not operational, that was not my problem.Yes, the manager was nice and adjusted my cost as he should have .I was not pleased.

  After failling to get service from 2 Firestone shops around Buffalo for a tire losing air, even though I have hazard protection, I searched and found Mr. Tire near me and was able to replace tire with nail, very quickly, I was on my way back to Ohio.

  My first time visiting this location on Millersport highway in Amherst. I was in need of four new All Terrain tires for my Grand Cherokee & was greeted by Fred ( manager ). I explained the tire size I needed and was given a printout of a quote for tires, valve stems, balance & sales tax. Before I left Fred had found another set of four, advised they were better tires & he gave me a great price. Only took two days to get the tires in, make the appointment & get them installed. All in all a no-hassle experience and I will readily refer Fred & his crew in the future.

  Went to Mr Tire for a flat repair at around 6 pm on a Thursday, after another shop wanted me to wait 2 days to look at it. The manager was alone but did his best to attempt to repair the flat, but we found out there were 3 nails, not just the 1 I thought. He gave me various options and I ended up having the tire replaced. They were able to order the tire and install it by 1 pm the next day, and were very easy to get a hold of. Will be looking to them for future repairs/tires.

  My car died on millersport randomly I had no money no idea what I was going to do it thankfully died right behind the shop and they were willing to take the car in look at it cleaned somethings up tightened a few things check a couple other extra parts and got my car running and never charged me anything they were super nice and helpful knowing I was stuck there lived no where near there some places would of really taken advantage of the situation but they really just tried their best to help me out and really came through new owners of the place so I would highly recommend considering them if your having some problems with your car
