- CHchris hayes4 days ago1.0I ordered tires online on feb 20 to be installed feb 23 . I arrived at the store and left my car to have tires installed while I walked to my bank to get cash to pay for the tires. When I got back to the store, the kid at the counter told me they didn't have the tires unstuck and that the delivery truck had broken down. I was quite surprised that MAVIS wasn't able to verify its store inventory before emailing the customer a reminder of the appointment. tHe sales guy offered to let me know when the tires I ordered arrived and to make an appointment later in the week of feb 23. I never got a call or text back. Needless to say , I went to another tire store and bought tires . Mavis dropped the ball here big time. Obviously there's management issues here and I wasn't about to let their guys work on my car . Undoubtedly some of the worst service I've seen anywhere.. the guy just doesn't care about the customers . My $ 900 sale went elsewhere

- YYYe YeFeb 19, 20265.0Tire was dropping in pressure for a few days. When I took it to another shop they told me it was loose valve core. Checked the next day to see the pressure had dropped again. Brought my car here. Turns out there was a nail in the tire the other shop had failed to notice. These guys patched it up for me free of charge. Will definitely be back for all my tire needs in the future.
