Vince and Mike (they’re usually the ones up front) are super nice, they never try to upsell and are always willing to have a conversation if you’re sitting around waiting for your car. The Kia store down the street quoted me almost twice as much as it was here at Mavis less than a week ago. Great prices and great service! Speaking of great service, Junior, was excellent. He was very direct and honest with me about pricing, and he even personally drove me 18 minutes to my house since I had no one to pick me up. Will be going to this Mavis for all my tire needs moving forward, and Junior - you need a raise!

When an issue arises, they communicate what needs to be done and WHY. Instead of pressuring me to make additional repairs; I am informed of when I may need to take care of them (i.e. shocks and new tires). Today I overhead an employee (I failed to ask for him name, but I think it was Paul), work diligently to assist a college student with a wheel lock issue going as far as to contact towing companies on his behalf to take the car to the dealership & back. He communicated constantly with the customer and towing company. Everyone at that location goes above and beyond!

In an industry where 'honesty' is usually just a typo, the team at Mavis is actually legit. They are so fair and upfront that I almost felt guilty paying them (almost). Ladies, listen up: you can walk in here with zero car knowledge and walk out without being sold a 'premium glitter-infused muffler bearing' or a 'blinker fluid flush.' They only fix what’s broken, and they do it with a smile. 12/10, would get a flat tire just to hang out with them again.
