In addition, since I was a customer outside the local area of Buffalo, Becky created and provided videos of the cars we were interested in, provided multiple quotes for different cars, just so me and my partner could decide on the one we want to move forward with! Communication was clear and fast. It was clear to me that Becky was ready to sell a vehicle rather than wasting time. Becky cared about doing things the right way and making sure the customer was happy. In addition, Becky’s manager was a pleasure to work with from negotiating prices and being so timely on responses.
