    The online reservation process was very easy. Pick up was efficient. The car was clean and drove well. Drop off was after hours, so the drop box for the keys was convenient. Overall it was a great experience.

    If I could give no stars I would. Me and my family placed a reservation in March for our family vacation in July. The day before we had to pick up the vehicle someone called in the afternoon around 1230p to confirm that the size vehicle we needed which was a 7 passenger Suburban or bigger to fit all my passengers and and luggage. I informed them yes I would need this size vehicle they stated that they had a recall on all of their mini vans and had to upgrade everyone to the bigger SUVs but he would work on getting my family the vehicle we reserved. The day of when we are supposed to pick up the vehicle they called and left a message at 130p that they were unable to get us a vehicle. When I tried calling back I waited on hold 3 different times for 12 minutes to finally have a local associate answer the call. The gentlemen was unhelpful and could not try to accommodate in other ways. He stated they had no vehicles. They left me and my family in a disarray and scrambling for a rental vehicle. No one from customer service called to help us and everyone was not helpful. Me and my family have been renting from them for years and now they have lost a full family of valuable customers.

    My Mother just went here to pick up a car she reserved last week. They had the wrong phone number for her, but could have contacted her via email. When we called corporate, they had her correct phone number! Completely useless! There’s no car! Never again!!! Stay far away from these jokers.
